Important Trip Notice

Sea and weather conditions may change at any time. For the safety of all divers, Royal Marine reserves the right to modify the trip plan when necessary, including changing the dive site, trip date or departure time, postponing the trip, or cancelling it, based on sea and weather conditions and what Royal Marine determines to be the safest and most suitable option for all divers. All participants will be notified of any changes through the contact details provided with the booking.

Dive Trip Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that scuba diving, snorkeling, boat travel, swimming, and related marine activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to equipment failure, changing weather and sea conditions, currents, marine life, boat-related hazards, decompression illness, drowning, injury, illness, disability, or death. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that I am physically and medically fit to take part in the selected activity. I understand that I am responsible for informing Royal Marine Dive Center and its staff of any medical condition, medication, limitation, or other circumstance that may affect my ability to participate safely. I agree to follow all safety instructions, dive plans, briefings, depth and time limits, buddy procedures, and directions given by Royal Marine Dive Center instructors, dive guides, staff, captains, and authorized representatives. I understand that Royal Marine Dive Center may restrict or refuse my participation if it considers my participation unsafe. I understand that trip schedules, dive sites, routes, departure and return times, and planned activities may be changed or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Royal Marine Dive Center. By accepting this Liability Release, I acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with these activities and agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, not to hold Royal Marine Dive Center, its owners, employees, instructors, dive guides, captains, crew, or authorized representatives liable for injury, loss, damage, or expense resulting from those inherent risks, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and that I have read and understood this Liability Release before accepting it. If I am accepting on behalf of a participant under the age of 18, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian, or that I am legally authorized to provide this consent, and I accept the above terms on their behalf.
